Old Petrie Town - Family Photographer

I first met this beautiful family a year ago when their youngest and my eldest, were attending pre-kindy/kindy classes together. The kids were instantly great friends, which meant I got to spend time with these warm, genuine people. Spending last sunday afternoon, capturing their family portrait, as expected, was a breeze. 

Families are all about connections. I find & photopgraph these connections, these moments, when the family is at its most relaxed. My clients hear me say "now everyone look over here" & I say something utterly ridiculous which always makes the kids (and dads) smile or roll around in fits of laughter (it's alway one or the other :) ). It's the moment after that I look to capture. The moment when they either continue to laugh or look at each other as if to say is this lady for real? These moments are real and happening and this is what I feel needs to be captured and passed on.

I simply can't chose my favourite out of these images!  One word. Gorgeous!
